2014 is half over and the real estate market has been brisk. I ran a sale report including- CWE, University City, Clayton, Ladue School District and Brentwood and was happy to find out that I was #1! Yea! I have sold a bunch outside of these areas, though this is just for the Central Cooridor of St. Louis.
#1 Ted Wight, Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty
Today the charming home located at 6443 Murdoch in St. Louis Hills closed. We had multiple offers on this one on the first day! The only problem with this listing is that it is located close to Ted Drewes. I had to get a small strawberry concrete each time I went there!
Today my Buyers closed on the purchase of a lovely home located at 52 Arundel in the popular Hillcrest neighborhood of Clayton. These houses go quickly! Rightfully so.... you have Clayton Schools, walk to the action of Demun and can easily stroll to Forest Park.
Friday my Buyers closed on the purchase of 21 Midpark in Ladue. The home has distinction of being published in "Architects Build Homes for Their Families* A House for My Mother." The architect was Robert Kahn.
