I remember One Memorial Drive well when it was KMOX's headquarter's. My ex-wife's father was Robert Hyland who ran KMOX in its heyday. The old KMOX space (they moved to the Park Pacific building) has been white-boxed and is ready for a new tenant. This includes the whole terrace...which is enormous and looks over The Arch grounds. There are 22,000 sq ft still available.
Check out the exciting new office spaces for ShipWorks on the 20th floor. This has to be the coolest office space in St.Louis. Alan Nehring was the architect.
